Since in Treasure Isle, energy is the only way to play the game continuously there are secret ways to keep the energy bar filled for more time than other players. The only way to have the energy bar instantly filled to the max is by using Energy Packs or by leveling up. Since Energy Packs can only be received from your friends once per day you have to focus on leveling up faster. Here are some tips you should be aware of when you start playing Treasure Isle:

Keep your eyes on the XP bar and always be informed on how many points you need to reach the next level.

When you need only few points to level up do not use any fruit that will grant your character’s more energy than it needs. For example: If you need 1 more point to level up do not eat a mango which provides 25 energy points to the character. Use a kiwi instead, because if you consume a mango you will lose 20 energy points since you only need 5 energy points to reach the next level and your energy bar will be filled then.

If you need 5 points to the next level you should consider opening gates, but for that you need gems. Open as many island gates as you can because this action doesn’t require any energy points. Visit new islands for more gates.

Visit your island’s neighbors as often as you can. Helping them will also grant experience points and while you do that make sure you collect the gems from their Gem Trees and the money from the floating chests. You also have to try to level up faster than anyone else because helping a friend with a lower level than yours grants your character’s 5XP points while helping a better ranked friend will only award 1 XP point.

Much like the real world, tips don't just magically appear in your Cafe World bank account. In real life, if you were to pick up a tip from a restaurant that you owned or worked at, you'd have to stop back by the table after your guests finished paying. In Cafe World, you do that stopping in again through the Facebook Notification system.

After your friends dine at your cafe and if they choose to leave you a tip, the head's up for your tip will come in through your Facebook Notifications. If you have your Facebook Home page open, you'll see a pop-up alert that lets you know you have a tip ready.

Below are the steps for checking your Notification history to pick up any tips you might have missed.

Go to your Facebook Home Page
On the bottom right of the screen, next to the Chat feature, look for the Notifications signpost
Click the Notificiations signpost. At the top of the submenu, underneath the blue border bar, there is a link for "See All."
Click "See All."
The notifications are sorted by date. The Cafe World notifications have a little hamburger for an icon. The tip notification will read something like, "Suzie Quezie and 4 others just ate at your restaurant and left you a tip! Click here to see how much you got! 8:00am"
When you click the link, you'll be taken the "clipboard" screen in game. On the clipboard, there is a section for Tips Earned. Next to the coin jar, look for these words: You earned X Coins as Tips from your friends!

In order to receive Tips, you must allow Cafe World as an application to send you notifications. You can change the status of Cafe World's access to your notifications by checking or unchecking the access authorized box on that same "See All" notification page.

Your rating will decrease by 0.1 when an unhappy customer walks out the door. A high buzz rating will increase the flow of customers.

Preparing and Cooking Food

Preparing and cooking food in Café World is the fastest way to earn coins and points. To select a dish, click on an empty stove. This will open up your Café World cookbook so you can see what recipes are available. Select an item by clicking on the buy button.

Tip - Next to each recipe you will see the cost, sale price, preparation time, and number of customers the item serves. Use this data to select the most cost effective dish. Use this formula to figure out which recipe will reap the greatest return: (Sell for Price) - (Cost) - ($15 Stove
Cleaning Charge) ¸ (# Serves). Select the recipe with the highest value.

Once you have selected your dish, the game will automatically gather the ingredients. Each recipe has three ingredients that you need to prepare manually by clicking on the stove. An image of an ingredient will appear above the stove. This tells you that an ingredient needs prepared. Once you have prepared all of the ingredients, your dish will begin cooking. Hover your mouse pointer over the stove to see how much time is remaining before the dish is complete. Once the dish is complete, click on the stove to move the item to your service counter. The last step of the cooking process is cleaning the stove.

Tip - Every step of the cooking process from selecting a recipe to cleaning the stove earns points. Cookbook items that have a longer preparation time earn more points for each step.

Tip - Once your dish has completed the cooking process, you only have a short time to remove it from the stove. If too much time passes, your dish will spoil and you will loose the money that you spent on ingredients. If this happens, you will need to clean the stove and start over.

Serving you Café World Customers

The next part of the process is serving your Café World customers. It is very important to understand what your customers are thinking when they visit your café. From the moment they walk through the door, your customers look for a reason to leave. There are three main reasons that a customer will leave unsatisfied - no tables are available, their table is dirty, or food takes too long to be served. Once your customer is happily seated at a table, your waiter will then serve them their food from the counter. You will not need to do anything with the waiter. As long as you have a constant supply of food, just sit back and watch them work.

Tip - Streamline your Café World dinning room by positioning your tables in a half circle around your server counters. This will help reduce the amount of time that it take a waiter to meander through scattered rows of tables. With their walking time cut, they will be able to do more tasks in a shorter amount of time.

Designing your Restaurant

The greatest thing about this game is the ability to design your café however you like. You can change anything from flooring to wall decorations. To change your cafés décor click on the chair icon at the bottom left-hand corner of your Café World screen. Under
this menu, you have the ability to customize the visual aspects, add additional functional items, and expand your restaurant. To purchase items from the customize menu, click and drag the item into the café. While in this mode, you can also drag and reorganize existing pieces.

Tip - All of the stoves work at the same speed. The more expensive stoves are merely decorative versions of the cheap model.

Tip - Items can be sold back for a small portion of what you paid for them. To do this, drag and drop the item onto the cash register. Since you loose money by selling items back, it is best to choose your décor items carefully the first time.

Tip - You can also change the name of your establishment by clicking on your name in the top corner of your screen above your buzz rating.

Your Café World Neighbors

Your neighbors consist of your Facebook friends who play Café World. There are several benefits to having neighbors. Visit your friends every day to earn points and coins. Also, by having more neighbors, you can purchase larger floor plans.

Tip - Add more neighbors by clicking on the add neighbor button. This will open a list of your Facebook friends. Click on your friend to send a neighbor request.

Tip - Stay active within your group of neighbors. If you eat at their cafés and send gifts often, they will likely return the favor.

Café World can be a challenging and time consuming game. Hopefully, these tips will help guide your experience as you climb to the top of the cooking world on Facebook.

Cafe World takes the best elements from Restaurant City and combine them with the tried and true elements from FarmVille in the newest Facebook game from Zynga. The new game features means that you need to do

a lot more planning to be successful than in most other social games, this guide includes some useful tips for scheduling dishes and maximize your profits and cafe point. If you want to speed things up even more, make sure to try out the Cafe World cheats at the end of this article.

The biggest change in Cafe World is the way dishes are prepared. Rather than have your chef prepare individual servings, you will be making up to several hundred servings at a time. Naturally, the more servings you make, the longer it will take to make them. This means that you need to plan out your meals carefully. If you want to cook the dishes that take a day or more to complete, you have to make sure you have available stoves to keep your customers fed while waiting. This again means you have to manage the counter space so that you will have a spot to serve all your amazing dishes.

The Tips and Strategy for Cafe World

The actual schedule will vary based on how many stoves and tables you have in your cafe, but I find that as a general rule, you need around 400 - 500 servings to keep your guests happy for an hour. This number will very a lot based on how you set up your cafe, but as a rule of thumb ti should be a good starting point. This means that before you can start serving the more advanced dishes, you should build up a stock pile of faster dishes.

The hamburgers take only 5 minutes to make, but you only get 13 servings. Still, making about 100 burgers will give you time to make the fruit salad. The fruit salad is a great dish for new Cafe World players. It is fast to make, it takes just 15 minutes, and gives 100 servings. If you use all your stoves, you should be able to build up an hours stockpile of dishes in just 15 minutes. When playing, I always make as much fruit salad as I can, and right before I turn of the game for the night, I'll start a dish that will take over night to be done. The fruit salad will keep the guests happy for at least a while, and when you get back to your game, the complicated dish will earn you some serious cafe points.

Once you have established a rotation of dishes, the huge serving sizes of the more complicated dishes means you don't have to make fruit salads anymore if attending to the game every 15 minutes is too much. Money wise it will not make a big difference, but the cafe points will be a lot better for the dishes that take longer to make.

That is the basic playing strategy for Cafe World, there no need to worry about your chef or waiter getting tired or running out of ingredients, all you need to do is make sure you have dishes available for your guests.

With that out of the way, it's time to explore some of the cheats that can help you score big in Cafe world. Like most of the new social games, you can send free gifts to your neighbors and friends in Cafe World. The gifts are capped at one free gift a day, but if you are playing using Firefox, you can send as many free gifts as you want.

The Cheats

Gift Cheats

To use the cheat, before you have given any gifts, right click on the 'gifts' tab on top of the game and select 'open link in new browser'. This will open the gift giving screen in a new tab in your browser. Repeat this as many times as you'd like. I have tried the cheat with up to 20 different tabs without problems. Once you have all your tabs with the gift giving page open, go back to every single one and select the gift you want to give. Do this for every single tab without confirming the selection. Once you have done this for every single tab, go back again and confirm on each page, selecting who you want to send the gift to. Again, do not confirm the sending of the gift on this page. Do this in every tab again, and when you go back to your first tab, you should be able to confirm the gift and send it from each of your open tabs. This way you can send unlimited gifts to your friends, or if you'd like to receive unlimited gifts, create an alternate gifting account that can send you an abundance of any gift you would like.

Fast Waiter Cheats

Another very helpful cheat will let you serve and make food without your chef or waiter having to move to the different tables. To take advantage of this cheat, all you have to do is arrange the tables and counters so the waiter can't get to the front of the tables. You can do this by either trapping the waiter in the corner behind the counters, or by placing the tables so they can't be reached. Instead of giving up on serving, the waiter will get your guests a plate instantly when they sit down. Cleaning up works in the same magical way. This cuts down serving time to nothing and allows amazing amounts of guests to be served. In fact, this set up is so efficient that you will have a hard time keeping enough food in stock. If you keep on your toes and make fruit salad constantly, you will just be able to keep up with demand. The upside is that you will see the money rolling in and your buzz rating will be topped out in no time.

Follow these tips and cheats and you will soon be running the fanciest cafe in Cafe World.

If you've never played Cafe World, or any other Zynga game for that matter, start. Right now. You don't know what you're missing. Cafe World is like owning your own restaurant. You make food, serve it, and have a waitress/waiter serve it to guests to eat. Simple, yet amazing game. Just give it a try.

The Basics

Cafe World has a few things that you should generally know, much like all Zynga games, to let you understand the game a little better. This is basically a rundown of the layout of the game. Veteran players will not need to read this:

Your Cook: This is you. You operate as the cook of your Cafe. Customize as you want, just be sure to notice that some items cost coins to buy.
Your Waiter/Waitress: This is one of your friends. They will pick up food and serve your customers, as well as clean up after them.
Your Cafe: This is where your customers will come in, and this is the entire area of the game to customize and play in.
Coins: The currency of the game. COINS ARE NOT CASH.
Cash: The "pay to use" currency of the game. If you haven't started playing or are new to Zynga games, don't worry about this until later in the FAQ. It's useless right now.
Buzz Rating: The score of your cafe. If guests enjoy your cafe, you get more. If they don't, you get less. Lowest is 5 and highest is 105.
Experience/Level: The more experience, the more you'll level. Like any game.

There are also key items in the game:
Stoves: The more stoves, the more food you can cook, and the farther you can go in the game. It is advised that you ALWAYS have AS MANY stoves as you can at ALL TIMES. There is no reason you shouldn't. You start off with three (basically four) and you gain more as you level up.
Counters: These will hold the food you have cooked. You start off with three, and gain more as you level up. Each counter can hold one dish. However, it can hold multiples of the same dish. So, three bacon cheeseburgers can all fit on one counter.
Chairs: People sit in them.
Tables: Each table can hold one dish. Meaning, only one person can use a table. So, one table, one chair.

Now we're going to go to the customize menus:

Customize: This is where you can buy tables, chairs, and aesthetic changes to your cafe, like wallpaper and floor tiles as well as plants and etc.
Functional: This is where you buy tables and counters. That's it.
Expand: You can pay coins to buy upgrades to your cafe.
Manage Friends: This is where you change your employees. Don't worry about it now, different employees don't change anything in the game. It might change some popularity amongst your friends in real life, though. You can also access this menu by clicking on your employees (not your cook).
Change Clothes: This lets you change your cook's clothes. You can also reach this menu by clicking on your cook.
Gifts: Your friends can send you these. They help you get coins based on how many customers are in your cafe.
Achievements: These aren't released yet. I'll update when they are released.

Starting Off

So, you've got a couple tables, a couple chairs, three stoves and three counters. You've also got a waitress and a cook. I can't remember what is on your stoves, but I'm sure there were things on them. Anyways onto what to do.

This is how the general flow of things work:
Cook Things - Serve Things - Customers Come In - Waitress serves them - They eat and finish - They leave giving +Buzz and +Coins - Your waitress cleans up after them

That's it. That's the entire game. But it's more addicting than anything you could imagine. Maybe not anything. So, in order to make this guide not jumble up quickly if it hasn't already, I'm going to explain things in the order of that flow.

Cooking

The joy of the game. Well for me anyways. Cooking is the essence of the game. To cook, you need a stove, and of course a mouse to click with on your computer.

Clicking on a clean stove will bring up the cookbook. The cookbook contains everything that you can cook. Because I know I got confused the first time around I'm going to give you an example and explain. Here's the Bacon Cheeseburger:

Cost to Buy: 15
Sell For: 52
Servings: 13
Ready In: 5 minutes

To further explain;

Name of the Dish
Cost to Buy: The price to put on your stove and cook
Sell For: The entire dish (all of it's servings) will sell for this amount.
Servings: The amount of customers that one of these dishes can hold.
Ready In: The time it takes to cook.

So, a Bacon Cheeseburger costs 15 coins to cook, and will take 5 minutes to cook. It will sell in total for 52 coins and will serve 13 people. That means 4 coins per serving (Sell For (52) / Servings (13)).

There is another hidden stat that you won't be aware of, and that is spoil time. After a dish is done being cooked, you only have a certain amount of time to serve it before the food spoils. When a food spoils you lose it completely. The time it takes a food to spoil is 120% of the cook time. So, a bacon cheeseburger takes 5 minutes to cook, and 6 additional minutes to spoil. That's 11 minutes total from the time it starts cooking to the time it spoils.

Each item has a different cost, cook time, amount of servings and sell value. You can find an invaluable spreadsheet of all items and information here:

I will explain later what to cook, when, later.

You will also need to prep before the cooktime starts. You will have to click on the stove to add and prep ingredients. Most cooked items will take three additional prep-clicks before the item starts cooking.

Servings and Customers

When something is done cooking, you can click on it and your cook will serve it. Once something has been served, it will take one more click on your stove to clean it so it can be ready to cook again. It costs 15 coins to clean your stove and you gain 1xp.

When served, the cooked food will be added to your counters. There are rules to the counters:
-Each counter can only hold one type of food.
-Multiple servings of the same meal can be stacked on one counter
-There is no limit to how many servings one counter can hold (that I know of)
So, if you've got five stoves with all Bacon Cheeseburgers, you can put all of them on one counter. But, if you've got Bacon Cheeseburgers and another meal on two stoves, you will need two counters.

As customers walk in, they will sit at a chair that is next to a table. One table can only support one customer. So, one table per chair. When a customer sits down your waitress will bring a dish of food (at random if more than one thing served) to the table. The waitress WILL NOT serve food if they cannot get to the table. There is an exploit to this trick which I will mention later.

It takes about half a minute for a guest to eat their food. Once eaten, the guest will leave and will most likely give you +.1 Buzz rating and the payment for the food they ate. The waitress will then clean up the leftover food/plate.

Angry customers will lower your buzz rating. There are two ways to make a customer angry:
-Don't have enough seats/tables for the customer to get their meal.
-Don't serve them food after a certain amount of time.
Angry customers are bad. Make sure you always have enough tables and make sure your waitress can reach every table quickly.

Buzz Rating

Your Buzz is a point system that tells how popular your cafe is. The lowest is 5, which you will start out at. The higher the buzz, the more customers. Things to note about Buzz:

-Buzz only grows/decays while playing the game. While not playing, your buzz will stay at the rating it was when you left.
-Each happy customer will leave +.1 Buzz.
-Angry customers will leave anywhere from -.1 to -.7 Buzz.
-If the waitress cannot reach a table, they cannot serve the customer, which will give you negative Buzz.
-The look (aesthetics) of your cafe will not affect your Buzz rating. You can have all of the cheapest items and still have 105 Buzz.

High buzz is not always a good thing. At a very high buzz, above 70, you will start getting customers at a rapid pace. At 105 I average about one customer every 10 seconds. That means that at 105 buzz, you will average about 360 servings eaten per hour. That means that Spitfire Roasted Chicken you waited a day to cook only lasted around two hours on your counter.

There is one general rule to maintaining a high buzz: Always have more than enough tables. At 105 buzz you should have at least 10 tables. I have 21, and it's overkill, but hey, you can never have enough.

Experience

You get experience four different ways. Three of the ways are just through cooking:
-You get experience for prepping a dish. Most dishes take two-three clicks to prep, which means you get experience for each click.
-You get experience for serving a dish. Each dish has a different hidden amount. Bacon Cheeseburgers for example give 3 exp when you serve them, while Super Chunk Fruit Salad gives 10 exp when served. The general rule is the longer it takes to cook, the more experience you will get when served.
-You get 1 exp when cleaning your stove after serving something. No matter what you cooked, it's 1 exp.
-You get 5 exp when visiting neighbor's cafe's and eating their specialty dish. After visiting 20 neighbors in one day, the number is lowered to 1 exp per neighbor.

As you level up, you will gain stoves, counters staff and dishes to cook. Stoves and dishes are probably your main concern when leveling up. You can never have too many stoves.

Neighbors

Neighbors are your friends who play the application and have accepted your neighbor request. You want as many neighbors as you can. I see no need for more than 20 neighbors, but the more the better. You can help out your neighbors and get exp/coins and even send and receive gifts. Another thing is that you can measure how far you are in the game to them. For example, I'm in 5th place out of my 26 neighbors.

What to Cook and When

This is probably the most important part of the game. Running your restaurant at top notch is done through cooking the right meals at the right times. You should aim to always having food served, as well as keeping in a high return rate on coins. You also need to factor in the amount of experience you want to gain in a day, as well as how you plan on playing the game, and even when your off-game times will be.

Plan.
You will need to plan out things in order to get the best out of your playtime. If you know you're going to be gone for an hour, don't make Bacon Cheeseburgers. They'll spoil. Likewise, if you're going to be sitting at the computer for at least an hour, don't start making something that takes two hours to cook.

If you are going away for an hour, throw something on that will take an hour to cook.
If you're going away for more than two hours, throw something on for four hours.
If you're going away for more than eight hours, throw something on for eight hours.

As you can see, the goal is to have food ready when you get on the game. There is a sweetspot that you have to aim for. You want to make something that will take the longest to make, but still be ready when you get back. A good thing to do is to double the cook time to make sure it won't spoil before you get back. For example;

If you're going to be gone for three hours, making something that takes two hours (if available). Doubling two hours is four hours, so if you might be gone for more than four hours, your food will more than likely spoil.

Hopefully you get the idea. It would take PAGES for me to list examples. Here's a nice chart I've made from the Profit List I linked to earlier. Note that I included all of the food you can unlock up to level 7. You'll get the idea after level 7 and won't need these charts for anything afterwards;

2h-4h - Nothing. Keep your stoves open for when you return.

5h-8h - Tony's Classic Pizza (level 15 unlock)
8h-12h - Spagetti and Meatballs (level 11 unlock)
12h-24h - Triple Berry Cheesecake (At level 19, switch to Voodoo Chicken Salad)
1d-2d - Spitfire Roasted Chicken
2d-4d - Homestyle Pot Roast
4d+ - Nothing

If you've got a while of just sitting at your computer, you're going to make only Super Chunk Fruit Salad and Bacon Cheeseburgers until you leave. When you leave, make sure you switch to whatever is on the chart.
Why these?
Bacon Cheeseburgers have the biggest profit and experience return based on time. In five minutes you can make 7 exp on one burger and 52 coins when it's all eaten. On five stoves, that's 35 exp and 260 coins in five minutes (well, it'll take longer to get the coins). The problem with only doing Bacon Cheeseburgers though is that at a high buzz rating, you'll sell out before you can finish the next batch, which is why you should also concentrate on...
Super Chunk Fruit Salad on the other hand has the biggest serving of 100. So, for 15 minutes of cook time, you can serve 100 people. Five stoves with these makes 500 servings in only fifteen minutes. As you recall, at 105 buzz rating you serve about 350 an hour.

What I like to do is spend an hour on Fruit Salad, and then an hour on Cheeseburgers. I also have six stoves. So, in two hours, I have made 2400 servings of fruit salad, and 156 servings of cheeseburgers (which are eaten by the time the next batch comes up).

Other Things to Know

Waitress Exploit
When a waitress is surrounded by counters and a wall, they will automatically serve customers and clean up after them without moving. In order for this to work you must:
-Have each table servable if the cook was not trapped
-Have your waitress still able to reach all counters
-Have no more than one waitress
If you have more than one waitress, the trick doesn't work. However, even at 105 buzz, using this exploit you still wouldn't need the other waitress since serving is extremely quick this way.

Cook Exploit
When a cook is surrounded by all of his stoves and cannot reach the counters, he will automatically place food on the counters when you click to serve. It's not as usefull as the waitress exploit, but it's still quicker than waiting for the cook to move from the stove to the counter.

Buying expensive stoves, doors, wallpaper, floors, counters, clothes, windows, tables, and chairs do not change your guest's happiness or buzz rating. You should only start upgrading all of your equipment if you are SURE you have the money to.

With 105 buzz, it seems the maximum amount of tables needed is 15. I've never seen more than 15 tables being used at once. Most of the time I average at 8 tables at one time.

Entering the customize menu, the expand menu, or leaving the game to come back will refresh your cafe, meaning you will have to reserve everyone who is in your cafe. This wastes servings and coins. Only access those menus when you start up your cafe, or are planning to leave.

There really isn't a need for more than two doors in a cafe.

Example: Super Chunk Fruit Salad - "Sell for -100 coins" "Serves - 100"

Cafe World is an exciting game where you build and manage your very own restaurant! Be the head chef and discover new dishes to cook and serve, expand your restaurant and employ your friends, or visit neighbors to try out their latest creations and trade giftsto help each other succeed!

My Chef

You are Head Chef of your Restaurant and your character should reflect that! If you are unhappy with your appearance at any time, you can easily change it by clicking on the shirt icon from the lower left hand menu (in between your cookbook and the decoration buttons). This brings up the customization screen where you can easily modify skin color, facial features, hair and eyes as well as purchase new clothes and accessories with your hard earned Cafe Coins! You can also edit your character by clicking it in game.

Navigation

Moving around your restaurant is easy - Hovering over action items such as stoves or menu icons will provide a brief description of the item and its current state. Clicking on an interactive item such as a stove or counter brings up the action menu allowing you to choose what you'd like to do with it (for example, clicking an empty stove to begin cooking a dish or to serve a fully cooked dish).

Cooking

If a stove is empty you can begin a new dish by clicking on it. This opens up the Dish Menu where you can choose which dish you wish to cook. The cost of a dish is different depending on how long they take to fully cook and how many Cafe Coins you make from serving them. Dishes award experience every time you complete an ingredient step - be sure to complete all three to set your dish cooking!

Plan ahead by cooking dishes that will become ready to serve the next time you check back in on your Café. Moving your mouse/cursor over a fully prepped dish will display its current cook progress. This is shown as a green progress bar, with a percentage to completion on the left side of the bar.

Serving

Dishes take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 days to become fully cooked and ready to serve. A fully cooked dish is easy to spot - it sparkles on the stove to signify it's ready. Click on the finished dish to have your Chef begin serving it - but be sure to have enough room! Cooking additional servings of dishes that you are already serving will add them to the same counter space, however, cooking a new dish requires an empty counter to serve it on. Your variety in dishes is limited by the number of counters you have in your restaurant, the more counters you have, the wider variety of dishes you can serve!

Deleting Dishes

If you run out of counter space to serve a new dish you have the option of deleting an in-progress dish from the stove or deleting a dish from a counter. You can delete dishes by clicking on an in progress dish on your stove or counter and selecting Yes from the Delete Dish confirmation pop-up. Careful! Once a dish is deleted it cannot be returned.

Spoiled Dishes

Care should be taken not to leave fully cooked dishes on the stove for too long! Dishes will start to spoil if they sit around. Spoiled dishes are useless and must be thrown out before you canbegin a new dish.

Leveling Up and Earning Café Points

Actions like adding ingredients, serving, and helping friends award 'Cafe Points'. As these points accumulate your level increases, unlocking new recipes, gifts , employees, counters, and stoves!

Ok, after posting the previous post, i realised I have not showed you guys the steps for duplicating items =x So here goes.

I used:

firefox/flock
ce5.5

Steps:

In cafe world, purchase 3 of the item that you want to duplicate. (3 makes it easier, you can buy 2 if you're poor but takes longer to shorten the amount of addresses)
In ce5.5, attach browser as process
Put all the 3 items in the inventory, so you'll see a "x3" on the item you are duplicating.
Scan 3. Put 1 item into shop. Now it's "x2". So you scan 2.
Put 1 more item into shop. Now it's "x1". So you scan 1.
Now drag the item in shop back into inventory till its "x3" again.
Repeat step 4-5 till you have only 2 addresses left.
Double click both address so it appears at the bottom panel.
Tick freeze.
Now you can duplicate the items at zero cost. DO NOT SELL THEM, or you will lose everything.
Important: Make sure you have enough coins to duplicate the items. ie: You want to duplicate a $200 item. You will need $600 to buy 3 of this item PLUS another $200 to start the duplication. This additional $200 is NEEDED to duplicate items for free. = $800 is needed to duplicate a $200 item.
Do not blame me if you screw up and have no money. Try it with cheap items first.

In this hack, i'll teach you my newest hack for how to hack the experience points in Country Story, the newest game of Playfish!

Instructions:
1. Open Country Story
2. Open Cheat Engine 5.5 (Download: www.cheatengine.org)
3. Do something so you'll get experience points, for example: plant some carrots..
4. Go to Cheat Engine 5.5 and choose as process the browser you are using, in my case: it's FireFox.exe
5. Tick HEX
6. Fill in next to the HEX box: FC2444C7C1580FF2
7. Choose 8 bytes and also tick ASROM (Also Scan Read-Only Memory)
8. Now click First Scan
9. You'll get 4 ( or sometimes more ) addresses
10. Pick the last address, this address most of time ends with the digit: 4
11. Right click this address and choose Dissamble This Memory Region
12. Now you'll go to another window
13. Right click the marked address and choose: Change Register at this location
14. Now tick EBX and fill in next to EBX the following code: 7D0
15. Click OK and close this window and go back to your game
16. Get some experience points again, for example: by planting carrots
17. Now you'll see that you didn't got +8 green points, but you got +2000 green points!
18. I recommend you not to do this hack more than once a time, otherwise your game might crash
19. Click Save and your game has been saved!
20. Subscribe to HackingPlayfish
THIS HACK MAY CRASH YOUR GAME SOMETIMES
Don't worry, it also crashes here sometimes, but most of the time it saves! By the way, try to do the hack in the evenings, when there aren't too many people online. And, make sure you don't cheat more than 2000+ exp. points, otherwise you have more chance to crash!

Many addresses returned. Ignore the green color addresses. Check only the black ones.
Disassemble the black color addresses to find ONE address with these lines:

(hint: it seems to be the address at the bottom, just work from bottom up)
You should only see 1 address with jmp, push, push. With the line 'jmp xxxxxx' selected, Press DELETE (on your keyboard). Click OK
Now try to purchase a cash item again. This time, a "PLEASE WAIT" message appears. Followed by a "No Cash" message.
Now NEW SCAN "D06800000239850F"
Ignore the green addresses again. Disassemble the black addresses to find ONE address with these lines:

Selecting jne xxxxxx, press DELETE. Click OK
Now you can buy all the cash items =D

Steps:

Select firefox as ce5.5 process.
Scan amount of money you have currently.
Lots of addresses will be found.
Spend some of the money.
NEXT SCAN amount of money now.
1 address left (if there are more than 1 address, repeat steps 4-5)
Double click the address. Change value to 999999. This amount will not be saved but the items you buy will be saved.
ie: Buy 4 10k bed
Put all the 4 in the Warehouse.
NEW SCAN "4" in ce 5.5
Shift 1 of the bed into the room. You will have 3 bed left in the warehouse.
NEXT SCAN "3"
Repeat Steps 11 and 12. (next scan the current number of bed left. example: 2 bed=next scan 2. 1 bed=next scan 1.)
Once you have 1 address remaining, that is the address you want!
Double click it, change the value to 100.
Start dragging the beds into your room or to sell them. Have Fun!

The items should not disappear... Only the Green Jewel items will disappear.. Normal cash items remains. You are probably doing it wrongly :(

Steps:

Go into Island Paradise
Harvest a plant. (As this cheat is a little buggy, i feel that it is better to have some plants READY for harvest first)
Go into CE, select firefox as process. Tick HEX, 8 bytes, ASROM
Scan the value in the textfile you just downloaded. (Link above)
You should see TWO addresses. Right click the TOP address.
Disassemble it and 3 lines down, you will see "jmp XXXXXX"
Right click this "jmp XXXXXXX" and select 'Replace with code that does nothing'
Click OK.
Now harvest another plant. If done correctly, you should see the coins and exp increasing.

10. When it has stopped increasing, wait for at least 10 secs to allow the auto save. Then reload your game. You should see the new $ and exp.
11. Repeat steps again if you want more exp+coins. Just click File > New whenever you encounter an error with "Replace with code that does nothing"

As i mentioned, it's a little buggy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Just refresh/reload the game if it isnt working. And yes, the cheat is working. oh and make sure you use the cheat on harvesting only. Planting/plowing works too but the money will be decreasing

Ok guys. Speed Hack WORKS. BUT!!!! Only if you DO NOT have any dishes COOKING on the stove. So those who says you can use speedhack to quicken your cooking, i say BULLSHIT!

Well speedhack only allows you to have your customers eat and pay faster, so you get money at a quicker pace which is good if you had hacked lots of dishes and just want money.

You will need

* firefox or flock
* ce 5.5
* flash 9 (im doing it on 9, nt sure if it works on 10)

Steps:

1. Go into Cafe World
2. Select browser in process list
3. Click enable Speedhack in ce5.5
4. Enter speed. Value must be below 30 or you will get disconnected.
5. Make sure you have NO dishes cooking or it will be rollbacked. It's only for fast eating!

Facebook Cafe World Cheat - Infinite Stove and Counter Updated

With these new changes that do not allow this to work anymore, I found a work around that “Worked” for me. Give it a try.

I was down to one single Oven and One Single Table after a bad bad bad “Out of Sync” message where it wiped me out. (Never Try to sell or get rid of your over stock of ovens or counters. Really Really bad) So I’m going to tell you how I did it and then you can apply the way you do it with a combo of the original instructions and my instructions. (If you only have one oven or counter left to your name)

#1. I opened the game in FireFox.

#2. I then opened Cheat Engine 5.5 and attached it to FireFox.

#3. I then opened “Customize” – “Functional” – and then either “Stoves” or “Counters”

#4. Since I only had 1 stove (1 Counter) left, I started out my scan with “1”. Then I moved the one stove to the inventory. Then I did a “Next” scan for “0”. I continued to do this so I could slowly bring the list down to about 10-15 or so addresses.

#5. Once I had my 15-20 addresses, I highlighted them all and moved them down to the address list. For good measure I continued to move the stove (or counter) to the café and then to the inventory a few noticing any of the remaining address that would not change from 1 to 0 or 0 to 1 right away and deleted them out of the list. This left me with around 10 addresses.

#6. I froze all of the addresses.

#7. Starting with the Oven or Counter in the Café, I changed all of the values in the address list to 0.

#8. Then I moved the Oven or counter to the Inventory which would give me a -1 out of 4 ovens or counters.

#9. Then I again changed the “Still Frozen” values of all of the ovens or counters to “-2”. (The value of each number in the address list would give you some 8-10 digit number in the place of the -2. This is normal)

#10. Then I started to drag the ovens (or Counters) out of the inventory over and over and over again like the original cheat allowed.

It might take some playing around with, but it seems once you get that negative number in there (-1 out of 4) in the listing of ovens or counters, and then when you change the values to -2, it shows that you have “x3” ovens in the inventory. Then it allowed me to move them out into the café like before.

I have to say, I’m not really a programmer. I just applied what the original instructions told me to do and started to play around with my frozen values. And I have to say, when it worked I was as surprised as the next person.

Now I will know to NEVER EVER remove or sell my ovens or counters again. That was just a dumb ass thing to do. DON’T DO IT!!

Also, if someone else gets this to work as well, and can type up a set of easier instructions, please feel free to do so. I’m not the best at explaining myself!!!

CAUTION: NEVER SELL THE STOVE OR THE COUNTER OR YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING
Tools: Firefox and Cheat Engine 5.5 (it can work on Flash 10)

Steps:
1. Open Cafe World and Cheat Engine 5.5.. Choose firefox as process.
2. When Cafe World opens go to Customize>Function>Stoves
3. You will see a phrase "4 of 4 stoves used" etc..
4. On CE 5.5 just scan the number "4".. After that address result will come out..
5. Go back to CW and drag 1 stove to the shop (not sell)..
6. Phase changes to "3 of 4 stoves used"..
7. After that go back to CE 5.5 and scan "3"..
8. Repeat scanning and placing stove until you have 1-3 addresses left.
9. When found double click those 3 addresses.. Right click below and change value to 1.. Don't forget to freeze it..
10. Now you have infinite stoves..
11. For Counter hack do the same procedure.. You should go to Customize>Function>Counter for the hack to work..

Cafe World's food selection ranges from Bacon Cheeseburgers to Shrimp Cocktails, from Pot Roast to Stir Fry. In order to cook each item, you'll need to pay for the ingredients (from 15 coins for the Baconburger to 5000 coins for the Impossible Quiche), prepare the ingredients by clicking on the stove a few times, then waiting a set amount of time for it to cook (cheaper foods take less than an hour, and at level 9, the most expensive food takes 2 days). When it's ready, there will be a certain number of servings available for your customers (again, depending on the complexity and price of the dish) -- if you don't serve it in time, though, the food will spoil and you'll have to start from scratch.

Free gifts in Cafe World serve as 'boosters' for customers. You might receive a Shirley Temple, which yields 5 extra coins per customer currently seated at your cafe.

Restaurant City's approach to food is much different -- in order to cook a dish, you'll need to collect the ingredients required (by trading with friends, buying them in the market, or answering daily quizzes) for it. Each dish can be leveled up to 10, with each level requiring more ingredients to complete -- higher level dishes will earn you a higher praise from your customers. Once you've 'learned' a dish, it'll become a permanent part of your menu and your cooks will automatically serve it.

The dishes in Restaurant City are also divided up into four categories - Starters, Main Course, Desserts and Drinks. The choices range from Garden Salads to Lamb Samosas, Lasagna to Mapo Tofu, Creme Brulee to Parfaits, Lemonades to Bubble Tea.

Money Money Money
Cafe World starts you off with a hefty investment. You'll have enough cash to buy decorations for your cafe, cook any of the unlocked dishes (more are available as you level up) and generally make your restaurant a nice place to eat. Customers pay depending on which dish is served to them.

You'll have another source of income if you visit friends' cafes -- you'll earn 5XP and 20 coins for each friend you visit, each day. You'll also receive tips when your friends visit your cafe.

Restaurant City makes it much more challenging to bring in a large income from the start. Since ingredients for each dish will cost you a few thousand coins (at least), you'll have to make do with just a few simple dishes while you bring in the income. This also makes it difficult to purchase many decorations for your restaurant at the onset.

That said, since you don't have to "re-cook" any dishes once you've obtained ingredients for them, you'll never run out of food for your customers, no matter how poor you are.

Customization

Cafe World and Restaurant City have similar customization/decoration options. You'll be able to purchase fancier tables and chairs, windows and doors, flooring and wallpaper for your place. A variety of decorations are also available, ranging from plants to televisions and lamps. Restaurant City currently has more functional items -- you can buy arcade units, music players and toilets, which help raise your restaurant's rating.

You can also buy new clothing and accessories for avatars in both games (although Cafe World only lets you customize yourself -- in Restaurant City, you can change the appearance of any of your employees as well). Restaurant City also lets you decorate the outside of your restaurant, visible to your friends and visitors on the Street Level view of the game.

With a Little Help From Your Friends

Cafe World lets you hire your friends as servers for the restaurant (they'll need to be playing Cafe World, too). For the most part, your friends are self-sufficient -- you don't need to watch after them after they've been hired, but you can fire them at any point (ouch). Like noted earlier, you can also interact with friends by visiting their cafes.

Restaurant City gets your friends involved a bit more -- you're able to hire any friend from Facebook, regardless of whether they play the game, and assign them to become either a chef, a waiter or a cleaner. Because both you and your friends' energy levels will decrease as they work, you'll need to either let them rest every once in a while or buy them food to keep them working. You'll also need your friends' help (ones that play the game) to trade ingredients --again, ingredients are key to helping you advance your dishes in the game.

Switching to the Street Level view lets you visit your friends' restaurants, but aside from earning a free ingredient for the first visit, there's not much to do once you get there.

The Verdict?

This is a hard one to call. Restaurant City is deeper -- it lets you involve your friends more and invest in the dishes you're passionate about. But Cafe World is easier to start with (and it's also less than a week old, which means Zynga might balance out early features sooner rather than later) and structure-wise might be more familiar to players of games such as FarmVille. You'll find that all of us are playing both games, so we're pretty conflicted too. In the end, it's about which of the above features you value.

Farmville is a game played on Facebook. Once you get the application, you create a virtual farm. On the virtual farm you can have animals, paths, flowers, trees, houses, and mostly crops.

When you start off it is best to start planting a crop that will harvest in a few hours or just one day. To plant a crop first you must click on the plow button. Then select where you want to plow. Then you must go to the store and select what type of seeds you want to buy. Grapes are a good crop to use, because they can be harvested in four hours.

Add your friends to Farmville as neighbors - this helps your experience level go up. The more experience you have, the more things your avatar is able to do and the more items are available. To make extra money while you wait for your crops to be ready to harvest, you can get a job.

To get a job, go to the market place. Once there, type in the chat box "hire me" and wait until a message pops up asking you to accept the job. Once you accept it, you will be taken to someone's farm to work. There you can either harvest or plow their crops. When you harvest their fields, you make money. When you plow on their fields, you make money and also gain experience.

Once you have some money, go to the store and a buy a few trees. Trees are a good investment to make money because you pay for them only once, but continue to make money every time you harvest them. Then once your crops are ready to harvest on your farm, click the "harvest" button. Then click on the crop that you want to harvest. A menu will pop up for the crop; click on "harvest and store." This way you make more money than just selling the crops.

Once you have a crop in storage go to the market place and choose the option sell crops. Then a page with your stored crops pops up. Choose which one you would like to sell, then go back to your farm by clicking "go home." Now it is time to plant new crops. You should have made enough profit to plant even more crops than last time. Another way to make money is going to your neighbors farms and helping them out. The definition of a rich farmer is more to one's own interpretation but having lots of friends helps a whole lot more that when you are just a handful of friends as like their successful game Mafia Wars, the more you have, the better it is.

Becoming a rich farmer basically means you got tons of money, and in this case assuming that you have a million coins, not FV Dollars which are earned through deals and such like in Mafia Wars' Godfather Points. And it is actually achievable in less than 30 days. True to many people's belief, Farmville is based on hard work and spending alot of time on the game, making the game developers richer. In the act of planting and harvesting a crop, the calculation on earnings will be Net Profit = Harvest - Cost - 15 coins (for plowing) and multiplied by the maximum amount of crops allowed. Anything over a day will yield 2 experience points for planting, to compensate the loss of experience in comparison to the quick 4 hour crops and Raspberries are harvested in 2 hours bearing no seeding experience points, with just a return of 11 coins per harvest (assuming 23 hours) and a net yield of 22 experience points with 121 coins per day. Compared to Sunflowers, your yield will be 165 coins with only 4 experience points, but lets you take a break.

One must plan what we will be doing after we plant the crops, as if we go shopping for 4 hours and came back late, we will see the raspberries wither and die after the 2 hour timer to harvest is up. The way Zynga programs the time frame to allow players not to plant and forget is about 4-8 hours before it dies, allowing people to get home, and do their stuff and harvest their crops at their home pc and then set a 12 hour crop for harvest the next day at the office.

The act of giving and receiving is a very cool thing to do. If you see your friends getting a bonus or special giveaways, you will get the coins too. By going to the Home Screen in Facebook and clicking More on the Feeds and onto Farmville (or you can book mark or go to this link Farmville Feed Tabs directly if you happen to loose it) , you will see the awards you friends received and you get 500 coins for a blue ribbon, 250 coins for a red ribbon, 125 coins for a while ribbon and 50 for a yellow one. Just right click and open a new tab where it says "collect a bonus from ......" and shut it down after 15 seconds as it will already credit your account. The reality sets in that even on level 30, in order to level up, it takes 6000 experience points compared to 5000 on level 29 and it gets more every time you level up.

Don't forget to harvest your trees and animals even though they won't expire but a return on investment is only between 30-60 days , so expect a gift or two to boost your income. What matters most is having fun. Do look at the other commentaries as different people have different views and the game play differs when you are in the lower levels and harder and more robust when you go to level 20 and up as your options have expanded.

The artichokes harvest in 4 days while the red-berries ripen in 4 hours in the game Facebook Farmville. Therefore, you can plant the same plot of strawberries 24 times in that 4-day period and profit $636 more with the same plot.

Strawberries ripen and are ready for harvest in 4 hours. Pick them quick or you will lose thousands of cash. The newest, hottest game on Facebook right now is FarmVille, a cross between the super hit YoVille and the upstart Farm Town. If you've played either of these two games you'll immediately recognize many of the features in the game. Still, FarmVille comes with it's own set of clever tricks and funny cheats that you can take advantage of to make the game experience even more fun, get rich, and build the best ranch in the county.

Money do grow on trees!

To get anywhere in FarmVille, you're going to have to get down and dirty, and grow your own crops. Like any good self respecting farmer, you'll be living off the fat of the land in this game, but first, you'll have to get get dressed.

When you start up your new FarmVille account, you'll be asked to pick what gender farmer you want to be, and to pick your hair color and style, and pick from different facial features. For YoVille veterans, this will be very familiar as the character creation has not changed from that game. The only difference is that FarmVille does not let you pick an outfit, it's overalls and plaid shirts for everyone, something the game has borrowed directly from FarmTown.

All the set up done, time has come to get started on your farm work. You start out with a patch of land, and a sorry patch of strawberries that are ripe for harvest. This is your cue to make your first FarmVille dollar, select the harvesting tools from your tools menu in the bottom right corner, and click on your strawberry patch. As you harvest your first batch of produce, you'll get credited your money instantly, no need to go to the market and sell your crops to Farmer Tom. As soon as you've got your first berries sold though, it's time to go to the market anyways and put the money you've made to work.

Time to buy some seeds and get to sowing. As a brand new FarmVille farmer, you also have a few patches of already plowed field, so you're all set to sow your first seeds. Click on the market icon in the menu and you'll get to the list of available seeds. Strawberries might seem tempting, as they are very cheap to purchase and taste excellent with some half and half, before committing to strawberry farming though you should make sure that you can log onto FarmVille again in 4 hours. Strawberries ripens the fastest of any fruit in the game, which can turn out to be a real chore later in the game. For now though, in the initial stages of the game, logging back on in 4 hours might not be to bad, and if you can do it, getting the cash flow going as fast as possible will be a big advantage.

If it's already getting late, or you for some other reason can't log on to FarmVille again in 4 hours, you should pick a different fruit that will take longer to be ripe. The reason is that strawberries are eerily similar to grapes in FarmTown, quick to ripen, and quicker to spoil. If you spend all your cash on strawberries and let them spoil because you waited 6 hours to pick them, you've put yourself in a hole it will be difficult to dig out of. You can always make money harvesting crops for your friends and strangers, but making money of your own ranch is always by far the best. So, make sure the first batch you plant is one you'll also be able to harvest. If the four hours seems like it might be just too quick, pick a vegetable that will take one day to be ready, the best return on your money would be the peas(?), don't pick produce that take longer than 1 day to be ready. While the payoff might seem tempting, you should focus on getting a cash flow going early. FarmVille is more forgiving than previous farming games when it comes to early cash flow, but the key to successful farming will still be to establish a profitable harvest routine as fast as possible.

Awards and levels

FarmVille has included a leveling system where you open up new features for your farmer and farm as you progress through the levels. To level up need to collect experience points, which are handed out for tasks like plowing and harvesting. This is another reason why you should consider the faster growing crops. You leave a lot of experience points on the table if you only plow and harvest your fields every third day. As you start out you will fly through the early levels, and unlock more seeds and animals as well as collect awards for your different achievements. The achievements awards are a particularly welcome addition for new FarmVille farmers, as most of the awards comes with a nice cash bonus. A clever farmer can leverage these cash bonuses to build up a strong cash flow a lot faster than you could on harvesting alone.

There are many achievements in the game, they are typically awarded every time you perform one of the core functions in the game for the first time. Such as plowing a new field, adding a neighbor, visiting another farm etc. To maximize the effect of these early game awards, try to perform as many tasks as possible before you start planting your first crop. Send out gifts, visit all of your neighbors, and try to collect as much money as you can. Doing this before you plant your first batch of crops will allow you to plow more field and sow more crops, and by leaving this step last you will make sure your fields are all planted at the same time, and so they will be ready for harvest at the same time. Try to avoid having to check in on your farm every hour to harvest different parts of your fields. If you use this strategy, be prepared to do a little math, as you need to make sure that you don't spend all your cash on plowing and not have enough to buy seeds. Always decide what seeds you are going to buy before you start plowing, that way you can keep track of how many patches of field you can afford to plow and seed. If you don't like doing math, try working in batches of 10 to make the numbers easier to handle, plow 10 fields for a cost of 200 coins, then sow with the seed you chose, check if you can afford 10 more squares of seeds and plowing, and repeat the process until you're out of coin

Lazy farming

Slaving away for crops can be a chore for many farmers, you have to constantly be aware of the health of your crop, and the financial fallout if you miss harvesting one of your crops and it spoils can be disastrous. For lazy farmers who want a more sedate farming lifestyle, FarmVille offers some additions to the game that make it easier than ever to run a farm without any crops to worry about at all.

FarmTown veterans will recognize the fruit trees and their income potential, trees usually bear fruit in three or four days, and nets a small profit when harvested. The profits are small and the trees expensive, so exclusive fruit farming is a possible, but not very viable options. A new addition to FarmVille changes the picture though, as you now can get profits from your animals. You can collect milk from your cows, eggs from your chickens, etc. The best thing about keeping animals on your farm is that unlike crops, the yield from the animals never goes bad. You can add a cow, and once it has produced enough milk to collect, it will stand around happily waiting until whenever you come around to your farm again. This way, it is possible to create livestock farms where you are not locked into any schedule. A field filled with cows would turn a very healthy profit, will never need reinvestment, will never spoil, and best of all, through the gift system, you can get most of your livestock completely free.A goat is slightly more profitable, but has to be unlocked. One of the best paying animals is the duck, which is available as a gift from the start of the game. It's even possible to combine animals and high yield fruit trees such as avocados to run a farm that makes money and never needs any maintenance outside of actually collecting your money. The highest profit tree is actually the Acai tree which is available leter in the game. Keep in mind thought, that this kind of lazy farming yields a lot less experience points than regular crops farming, and the process of collecting milk from a field full of cows can be daunting, since theres no visual difference between a cow that is ready to be milked and one that is not.

Now this is what my restaurant looks like now..

I'm gonna remove all my decorations just for this thread..

Here goes..

1. Remove all the decors that will be included in your layering design..

(you can leave the windows and doors, as they will always layer at the back anyways, I didn't remove the sign board because it does not need layering in my layout, but if you want to include the signboard for your layering design, consider it as another layering decor and remove it....)

2. Save your Game, and Reload..

3. Okay this is important, you have to know the layering group of each of your decors, which ones are at the farthest back, then the ones on top of the previous ones, and it continues like that..

I'll use my restaurant final design to show you the groupings..

a. The decors at the farthest back..

(These includes, the flower beds, the trees, hanging flower pot, torches)

b. The decors directly on top of (a)..

(These includes the Lamp post, Lion statues, mermaid statues)

c. The decors at the top most layer..

(These are the bushes at the front)

(Your design can have as "I don't know how many" layers as you want, but just remember carefully which items are in what layer, you can save an image of what you want your restaurant to look like so that you can use it for reference)

4. Put out the decors at the farthest back, (you can arrange them now or later, i'll arrange them later to show that it's possible)..

5. Save your Game, and Reload..

(After you reload it should look like the way you left it, If it's not there's obviously something wrong with your game, hehe.. )

6. Now put out the next layer of decors out..

7. Save your Game, and Reload..

(After you reload the game, you'll immediately notice that ***!! the layering is not right!)

(Don't worry, Just follow step 8..)

8. Repeat steps 6-7, for every groups of layering decors that you need to put out..

9. Save and Reload you game 1 more time..

10. Arrange them to your heart's content..

What are the ingredients in Restaurant City?
So far, there are 59 ingredients available in Restaurant City
and every ingredient is used in at least one dish/drink except for OREGANO.

The integration of a Country Story feature into Restaurant City came with new ingredients:
GINGER, VANILLA, CORIANDER, WASABI, and OREGANO.

These are the most commonly used ingredients which gives good trading power:

Facebook Restaurant City - How does the garden work?

On the right hand side of your restaurant (when inside your restaurant), you will see some new gardens. The first one is unlocked at level 16. Once you have a garden unlocked you will be able to grow some of your own ingredients!

To plant a seed, simply click the plot you wish to plant it in. Each seed costs 2000 cash.

Once you have planted your seed, if you hover over it you will see two times shown. The top time is how long until the ground becomes completely dry, you can water your seed to increase this time by clicking the plot where your seed is planted. The highest this timer will go is 9 hours. If your plant becomes completely dry, it will stop growing until you water it again. The lower time is the time remaining (assuming your plant always has enough water) until it is fully grown and ready to harvest, each plant will take 48 hours to grow (if it is kept watered). (Please note: H stands for hours and M stands for minutes.)

When you plant a seed, it will grow randomly into one of some set ingredients, these include:

Basil
Bayleaf
Coffee Beans
Coriander
Ginger
Oregano
Saffron
Sugar
Tea Leaves
Vanilla
Wasabi

Once your ingredient is ready for harvest, simply click on the fully grown plant, and then confirm that you wish to harvest it.

The purpose of this guide is to give the reader a guideline on how to make efficiency restaurant(high service rate-Customer served per minute CPM). To do this we have to understand some of the fact that will limit your service rate.

First is the productivity rate, the rate that chef use to cook a dish(16 secs) and the rate the waiter use to make a drink(***EDIT 12 secs thanks baconeggs ***). This one is the hard limit which mean you can't do better than the production rate. For example if you have 4 chef you can produce 15 dishes at most(3.75 dishes/chef). This is ideal because the dish needed to be teleport to customer table. In the real situation there are limitation of chef productivity which are no customer, this will make the chef go idle, and no waiter to take the finished dish to customer and chef go idle.(dish can't be teleport!!!. teleport again lol you'll know at the end of this guide why i like teleport hehe.) You can observe the stove to notice it three state idle, cook and wait.

Second the table. Obviously number of the table limit the number of customer. But this not mean having more table is better. Because the more table you put will cause the waiter walk longer and it side effect is it will cause the chef go idle, have dish ready but no waiter take it to serve. This problem will can occured even you not have that much tables if the waiter energy is low. So the best approach to optimize total idle time of tables.(Sum of idle time of all table you put to your restaurant more tables will tend to increase the total idle time because there always have idle table. Note that the table that customer not get served should also count as idle one because it not make any productivity)

Third the customer. Customer have some behavior like spend around 25 secs to finished the dish. But behavior that have to most impact to your service rate is he/she allocate the table once he/she found the empty table and walk like a turtle to that table, table will be lock for his/her for a long time this lower the utilization rate of table(This is why the old maze model is not give high service rate. It still good at maintain popularity anyway). So you have to make your customer/turtle walk as short as possible to his/her own table. To make it efficient your have to optimize the sum of distance from door/waiting chair to each of yours tables.

Forth the waiting chair. Due to random arrival rate of customer. The waiting chair can be your good friend because it will act as a buffer. When no customer come in you still have some customers at your waiting chairs(buffer). The buffer will make your system run smoothly. You should have some of waiting chairs at good position consider the stuff i mention before. The number of waiting chair is depend on your layout but easy guideline is you should always have few customers at your waiting chairs and customer should not sit on waiting chair so long. Try to keep minimum number of waiting chair as possible, the more will cause longer distance to table which is not good. And try to not use arcade machine if your waiting chairs not full and customer not stay at it that long. Let it do the buffer function as it should be.

Fifth the dispenser. Many should use the island as a part of your layout. The number of dispenser also have small impact in some situation. For example you use small island that have 2 chefs 2 waiters 2 dispensers and 10 tables.
when 3 or more customers order a drink in a row all your waiters will go to the dispenser and spend time make a drink this will cause a block on chef it'll make chef that finished the dish go idle and waste productivity. This situation not happen that much.(3 or more customers will left before they get serve). If this happen often you can consider reduce the dispenser to one to free one waiter for serving task.

Lastly there're a trick like partitioning by using waiting chair and obstacle. By doing this some part of your restaurant will be accessible to customer that sit at waiting chair first only. The good part of this trick is it limit a long walk to a chair that is very far from the door. And the funny effect is that those customer in this restrict part can't walk out lol!!!. He/She will disappear like Teleport !!!.

You can also have animals in your farm that you can buy or get it as gift. Apart from that there is another interesting part in it. You get to adopt an animal that is different from others. Till now people have seen black sheep, red cow etc but the latest gossip in town is “the ugly duckling”. It’s very rare. Not many people have got the chance to even have a look at it but people who have seen it say that it is quite ugly.

Here's a story my friend adopted a rare Ugly ducklink in Farmville (a facebook game). I asked her how she got it and according to her it goes like this. A friend of hers saw a pop-up of a lost duckling with a question of whether she wanted to help or not. Then upon clicking help, a message is broadcasted to her friends so my wife saw a notice in his wall if she wanted to adopt the ugly duckling. Then she just clicked yes.

So I guess it would be best to keep your eyes open for a notice in your wall posts for it. But you have to be quick as the first one to adopt it, gets it.

I think farmville is a very good app. on facebook. it gives you the opportunity to have a farm, if it happens to be an inconvenience for you. I live in oakland, in an apartment so i don't have anywhere to plant things; farmville gives me a wide open yard to plant things in. You can grow them then harvest them to gain more coins. Also you can buy livestock and harvest what they have to give.You can give animals & plants to other farmvillers as well. There are a lot of people on farmville so you can add them as your neighbors in the neighborhood of farmville. Don't be a stranger though, visit other farms and you might earn something. So check it out, it's pretty fun. =]

News "FarmVille" farmers looking for subsidies

A user of the Facebook virutal application "FarmVille" is looking for both the US and Michigan Departments of Agriculture to each pay her the same farm subsidies that they offer real farmers not to grow crops.

"If these farmers can get paid for not doing their jobs, I don't see why we can't," says Stephanie Muller.

Muller, an hourly administrative assistant for financial services firm in Troy, believes that she is every bit entitled as her soil and seed counterparts to the money.

"I read on the internet where tobacco farmers were being paid not to grow tobacco," she said, "I saw where other farmers were being rewarded for rotating and resting land. I figured if they were getting the money for doing nothing, then I deserve it too."

Muller often plays Farm Ville on her computer at work on breaks and at home in the evening after dinner for at least two hours. "I find it simply addictive. If I can't get any of the farm aid, I may look in to seeing if the increasing amounts of time I spend would be covered by my companies health care plan would be covered the same as addictions to alcohol or substance abuse."

The developers of Farm Ville would have no comment on the record. Off the record, they would love to see people get paid for playing or not their game, but feel they can not do anything legally to encourage nor discourage it.

Facebook Farmville is a popular application with sound effects, farm animals and it allows you to become a virtual farmer. How can you become rich on Facebook Farmville and become the richest farmer among your friends? I have the answers you seek.

Assemble up your Facebook Farmville account by planting strawberries only. Complete this task at least 3 times a day for the first four days. Add more plots of strawberries as you progress the levels and can afford it. Don't purchase
anything but the berries to grow.

Plant the entire field with strawberries day after day for as many times as you possibly can on Facebook Farmville. Once you can use your whole plot (12 squares by 12 squares= 144) for berries you are spending 1440 but earning 5040 a pop so your profit is 3,600 (earnings-cost=profit). Deposit the berries like this three times a day for the 4 days and you have $57,600.

Keep progressing upwards in dollars by planting strawberries and you will see the results add up quickly. Expand your farm plot quickly by adding neighbors and getting the experience.

Do the math here folks in the time you can plant and harvest artichoke with a sell price of $204 dollars you can plant and harvest 24 berries plants where you will profit $600 bucks. That is for one square. Imagine if you planted all 144 squares with berries.

To place 144 squares of strawberries on Facebook Farmville, you will spend $1,440 and sell for $5,040 dollars with a profit of $3,600 for the four hours it takes to ripen.

If place the Artichoke that will cost you $10,000 and you sell them for $29,376, which looks great, but it takes four days to harvest these. You can replace harvest a field of strawberries 24 times in the period that it takes those artichokes to mature.

Multiple 24 times the profit of 3,600 you get per harvest of strawberries and get 90,000. I would rather do the red-berries because I can triple my money easily.

This is for those who want an efficient restaurant, but are now confused by the "Toilet Crisis"
First of all, STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT TOILETS
IF it was one of the original features, no one would be complaining, the developers are just trying to add more depth and strategy to how to manage a restaurant. In fact, I'm expecting other jobs to be released in the near future.

Now, if you pay attention to the customers who need toilets, they do NOT give you a thumbs down! Having toilets and a cleaner is OPTIONAL! You do not need them to survive, although they may help. I think the toilets are just helping with the 50 pop cap. It helps lower your cap to a level where you are serving your max, but losing less.

Tips and Tricks:

1. Do not care about customers asking for toilets!
The customers only ask for toilets after you've been paid and received your gourmet points

2. Do not care about slight drop in popularity!
As long as your cooks are all working, you are still serving your maximum
If they are not working at full time, minimize walls, make more efficient layouts, and use waiting chairs. You want to replace customers as quick as possible
If you are losing popularity because you are not satisfying enough customers to replace the leaving customers. DON'T worry, you aren't serving any less! Although an arcade or two could help.

3. Dragging toilets in/out of your inventory cleans them.
If you are really desperate for toilets (heh that sounds so weird), you can buy a bunch and drag them in and out ever 10-20 minutes

4. Those who wish to have toilets. Either, sacrifice the extra points and money (which I highly discourage), to hire a full time cleaner, or temporarily change a cook to a cleaner ever few minutes (For those with 5 employees and don't think a 4 cook to 1 waiter works for them, they can use 3:1:1 as you do not need 2 waiters for 3 cooks)

5. The more toilets you have, the longer they will last!
1 toilet lasts 4 uses
2 toilets lasts 8 uses
5 toilets lasts 20 uses
10 toilets lasts 40 uses
If you are willing to devote a lot of money to this, you can buy a large number of toilets and drag them in/out of your inventory ever 10-20 minutes

6.Those who wish to use toilet over night and close the game should just have 1 or 2 cooks, 1 waiter, and one cleaner. You will still get the 2000 coins, but minimize on feeding costs.
Those who want to keep the restaurant game open should make a cook a semipermanent and remove 2-3 tables. (If you have 5 employees you can just use 3:1:1 as stated above.

If you are looking to make your restaurant as efficient as possible, then read on! This guide covers "island" layouts, which are, in my opinion, the most efficient restaurant layouts you can build.

You can begin using island layouts when you have a total of 6 staff. If you have less staff, please check out my General Guide to Efficient Restaurants.

**Disclaimer: island layouts are slightly buggy right now, so you will need to do a little bit of trial and error to get them right.**

What is an "island" layout?
If you've ever seen a restaurant that has two or more separate sections, or "islands", with its own cooks and waiters, then you've seen an example of an island layout. Here's one, as an example:

What's so special about island layouts?
Island layouts are unique in that they are extremely efficient. If you read the basic strategies in my Guide to Efficient Restaurants, you'll see that smaller restaurants (few cooks and tables) are always more efficient than bigger, bulkier restaurants. In a small restaurant, waiters don't have to walk as much to serve customers, while long walks are almost unavoidable for big restaurants.

The beauty of an island layout is that we can take that big, bulky restaurant and split it back down into those smaller, much more efficient chunks.

On Bugs and Problems
Unfortunately, island layouts are plagued with a host of problems. Without the right island set up, the game will get confused and repeatedly put all your waiters in one island or scatter them randomly. However, we can overcome all these problems.

**The next section will show you how to set up your island layout right so that it works correctly and consistently, without any of the problems.**

Island Building
Okay, so you're ready to go out and build your island layout! There is only one thing that you must do to get island layouts to work consistently. I don't know why it works, but if you do it right then you won't encounter any problems.

Check your waiters, swap your stoves
After you've completed your layout, go ahead and assign your waiters and cooks. The following two things can happen:

Possibility 1: Your waiters are in the right position:

Congratulations! Go ahead and Save & Close. If they're still in the right position when you reload the app, then you're done! Otherwise, please read on.

Possibility 2: Your waiters are in the wrong position:

Don't feel bad, this happens. What you need to do now is to go into the furniture view, and swap your stoves (I'm not kidding). Randomly take one of your stoves, and swap it with another one:

After each time, leave the furniture view and check to see if your waiters are now in the right positions. If not, keep going (this should only take 1-3 attempts). Otherwise, Save & Close, and if the waiters are still correct after you reload the app, then congratulations! You are done!

As long as you don't touch your stoves again, your waiters will always appear correctly and your restaurant will run at its peak efficiency.

Here are recommended island layouts that have been tested and verified (I have confirmed that these are all 50 popularity layouts):

Note: The islands pictured here are deliberately placed far apart so that you can see them better. If you are lacking space, you can just squeeze the islands together without any problems. Click the "compact layout" link below each picture to get an idea of how it should look.

Introduction

Hello! At the IHOP UHOP restaurant, we pride ourselves on squeezing every last gourmet point of out of our staff before they collapse from exhaustion! This guide will show you how to build efficient and effective restaurant layouts to maximize your bottom line!

Note: This guide only covers single "island" layouts, which are easier to build but not as efficient as multiple island layouts. If you're feeling adventurous (or you are "hardcore") and don't mind a bit of extra work, go check out my Guide to Multiple Island Layouts.

Basic Strategies

1. Don't make your waiters walk
The less your waiter walks, the more time he spends serving and the less time he spends getting there.

2. Too many tables!
Resist the urge to add as many tables as you can afford. If you have too many tables and not enough cooks, you won't get the food out fast enough! I find that you should only offer 3 tables for each cook you have.

3. Center your stoves
Keep your stoves centered. A food order from any table can go to any stove. Don't keep all your stoves clustered in one area.

4. Use corners
Your waiter can service in all 8 directions, so use corners as much as possible to give him the most reach.

5. Box waiters in
Form a complete square or rectangle using your tables to trap the waiters in. This way, they don't wander around needlessly to serve food.

6. Avoid the walls
Don't set your tables and chairs against a wall or the grass:

Customers aren't very courteous and they refuse to scoot in! The 3 empty seats shown above will always remain empty because the two customers block them off.

Advanced Strategies

7. Count steps
A good, quick rule of thumb to judge a layout's efficiency is to ask yourself: how many steps maximum do my waiters have to take?

Both these layouts have the same number of tables and stoves, but one is more efficient! Which one?

The answer is the first one, because waiters only have to travel a maximum of 2 steps. In the second one, waiters have to travel a maximum of 3.

8. Avoid diagonals
Look closely at your waiters' speed, you can actually see that they move slower diagonally! It takes 1.4 times longer to cross a tile diagonally than to cross it up, down, left, or right (but it is still faster than going through 2 tiles!). Whenever possible, within reason, try to remove diagonals from your waiters' path.

9. A Note on "Island" Layouts
You'll sometimes see restaurants that have two or more "islands", each island having their own cooks and waiters, like this one:

These islands are very effective, because smaller designs (with less cooks and tables) are much more efficient than bigger, bulkier designs. However, they're also more difficult to create. I've written a Guide to Island Layouts, but this guide will focus strictly on traditional designs since these are easier.

If you want to save an ingredient for a future dish, and do not want anyone to be able to trade that ingredient away from you, you need to lock it. To lock a particular dish, select the ‘Change Menu’ icon and then click on the picture of the unlocked ingredient you wish to lock. Once an ingredient is locked you will see a padlock icon appear on top of its picture so that you know it is locked.

If you wish to unlock an ingredient (for example one you’ve decided you’d like your friends to be able to trade from you), again select the ‘Change Menu’ icon, and this time click the locked ingredient that you would like to unlock. You will notice that the padlock icon is removed!

How do I trade ingredients? (How does it work?)

Firstly, you’ll need to enter your friend’s restaurant and choose the TRADE INGREDIENTS icon as shown below.

You will then see the trading menu. Choose the ingredient you want from your friend and then choose another ingredient from yourself. Remember that trading only works if the ingredient that you’re trading is of the same level or higher level of stars than your friend’s.

The second way of trading is by choosing the TRADE LOCKED INGREDIENTS icon. You can request trade on any locked ingredients with any of your friends, but you’ll need to wait for his or her approval.

How do I learn and level up dishes?

To learn a dish, you need to gather all the ingredients required for that dish. Once you have the ingredients (which are displayed via the ‘Change Menu’ icon), select the ‘Change Menu’ icon and then select the pink ‘Learn’ button underneath your dish of choice. When you do this, those ingredients you gathered for that dish will be removed from your inventory, and you will now be able to serve the dish to your customers if you chose.

To level up any dish, you need to gather the same ingredients for that dish again, once you have all the ingredients required, again select the ‘Change Menu’ icon, find the dish you are wishing to level up, and then select blue ‘Level Up’ button.

After you have learnt or leveled up a particular dish and you wish to change what you are serving in your restaurant to the new dish, you need to click the picture of the dish you wish to serve (while in the ‘Change Menu’ screen). You will notice that a yellow circle then appears around the base of the dish to show that it is what you are currently serving!

To hire one of your friends select the magnifying glass icon. Then just select the purple ‘Hire’ button of the friend you would like to hire!

To fire one of your friends, select that employee while in your restaurant view and then select the ‘Sack’ button. Note that you will be required to pay 200 cash as severance pay if you would like to sack a friend!
