FAQ: Cafe World - Why am I not earning the money that is written when I buy the dish?

The money that is written there is the total amount you will gain for the dish, not for the serves. That amount is divided to the people you can serve it to.
Example: Super Chunk Fruit Salad - "Sell for -100 coins" "Serves - 100"
100/100 = 1 coin per each person.
